Tinplate Clockwork Twin Propeller Seaplane – Payá Style

Attractive traditional tinplate clockwork aeroplane/seaplane based on the classic early Payá Spanish tin toy design.

Finished in silver with colourful lithographed detailing, Spanish-style red/yellow roundels, twin red propellers, two pilot figures and blue/green wheels.

The clockwork mechanism drives the toy and twin propellers when wound.

The model measures approximately 17cm long.

Condition:

Good pre-owned/displayed condition overall with some small marks, scratches and signs of age/use to the tinplate finish. Propellers, wings, wheels and pilot figures are present. Please study the photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.
