Payá 1905 Tinplate Clockwork Aeroplane

A very attractive traditional tinplate aeroplane by Spanish toy manufacturer Payá, produced as part of their 1905 heritage/reproduction range.

Finished in deep red/burgundy with ribbed tinplate wings, silver nose and large metal propeller.

The model features a clockwork wind-up mechanism and comes complete with its original winding key.

Also supplied with its Payá 1905 cardboard box with illustrated aeroplane label.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage-style collectible. The aeroplane displays well but has some marks, scratches and age/use wear, particularly to the propeller and exposed metal components. The cardboard box has storage wear, creasing and general age-related marks. Please study all photographs carefully as these form an important part of the description.
